Scallops St Jacque

- Filling: shopping list
- 1 lb sea scallops shopping list
- 1 T. Chopped shallots shopping list
- 1 T. Chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/4 t. white pepper shopping list
- 1/8 t. salt shopping list
- 1 T. butter shopping list
- 3 T. flour shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Claim juice shopping list
- 1/2 Cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Grated swiss cheese (I add a little more) shopping list
- The Topping: shopping list
- 3/4 Cup Grated swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/2 Cup panko bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 400
- Measure out all Filling ingredients before starting. The filling comes together very quickly.
- Combine all topping ingredients.
- Filling:
- Melt Butter in a Saute Pan. Add Shallots and Garlic. Saute for 3 minutes. Add the Scallops and cook on each side for a couple of minutes until they are half way done. Add Flour and cook for 30 seconds. Add the Heavy Cream and Claim Juice. Stir until thickened. Fold in Swiss Cheese. Season with Salt and Pepper. Place filling in baking dish and spread topping over scallops evenly. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
