How to make it

  • Preheat grill or broiler.
  • Marinate pork in honey, salt, pepper, garlic, oil, cornstarch, scallions and fish sauce.
  • Set aside 15 minutes.
  • Thread marinated pork onto skewers leaving 2” free at each end.
  • Place pork skewers on grill turning and brushing occasionally with marinade.
  • Strip barbecued pork from skewers then sprinkle crushed peanuts and basil over all.
  • Serve atop hot rice.
