Sauerkraut and Noodle Casserole

- 2 cups medium wide noodles shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups canned sauerkraut drained shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 pound packaged process cheddar cheese slices shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300 then cook noodles until barely tender and drain well.
- Add butter the toss until well mixed.
- Spread 3/4 of the sauerkraut in casserole dish and sprinkle with pepper.
- Top with noodles, cheese and remaining sauerkraut then back covered for 1 hour.

Nice - I guess you could add the actual sausage into it also but just a thought.
