How to make it
- Chop the onion into a fine dice.
- Tear the bread into small peices.
- Squeeze the sausage out of its skin and incoporate.
- Add the thyme, season with salt and white pepper.
- Put the whole lot into a processor, with half a beaten up egg and blitz it until it comes together.
- Pop it into a baking tin, or make it into ball shapes and onto a tray.
- Dot with butter and Bake for 20 mins.
