How to make it

  • Chop the onion into a fine dice.
  • Tear the bread into small peices.
  • Squeeze the sausage out of its skin and incoporate.
  • Add the thyme, season with salt and white pepper.
  • Put the whole lot into a processor, with half a beaten up egg and blitz it until it comes together.
  • Pop it into a baking tin, or make it into ball shapes and onto a tray.
  • Dot with butter and Bake for 20 mins.
