How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sugar and egg. Drain the salmon and remove the bones. Add to the egg mixture and mix well. Crush the crackers and add to the salmon- add more or less to get the consistency needed to form into 6-8 small cakes. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the cakes for 7-10 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
- I've heard that if you put about 1 T. peanut butter in your pan-there will be no smell...haven't tried it.

Just a little suggestion. Don't remove those salmon bones!!! They're high in calcium and they do the body good!laadeedaa in loved it
