How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200C. In a large bowl place the first 7 ingredients. Mix until fully combined. Roll mixture into walnut sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Place the flour and extra gravox in a bowl and mix to combine. Working in batches, roll each meatball in the mixture, dusting off any excess.
  • Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan or skillet. Cook the meatballs in batches for 4 mins turning occasionally until they are evenly browned. Return to the lined baking tray.
  • Place in the oven for another 8-10 mins or until cooked through. Serve with brown gravy and vegetables of your choice.
