BBQ Glazed Chicken and Potatoes

- 1 Broiler-fryer chicken 2 1/2 - 3 lb, cut into eighths shopping list
- 1 large onion halved and sliced shopping list
- 2 1/2 lob. large potatoes cut lengthwise into 6 or 8 wedges shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablesppons Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chicken under cold water and pat dry.
- Place onions in large roasting pan. Arrange chicken in single layer on top of onion. Add potato wedges around chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper
- In small bowl combine ketchip, honey, soy sauce and mustard. Pour over chicken and potatoes
- Bake uncovered about 1 1/2 hour, basting occasionally with pan jusices, until juices run clear when chicken is piereced with a fork
- Serve with broccoli
