chorizo with fresh garden veggies

- 1/2 pound of fresh mexican homemade chorizo, removed from casings if any shopping list
- 5 medium or 4 large ripe garden tomatoes shopping list
- 4 hungarian hot wax peppers, seeded and cut into wide strips shopping list
- 8 oz egg noodles shopping list
How to make it
- in a 10 1/2 inch cast iron skillet brown the chorizo over medium heat.
- meanwhile in a 1 1/2 quart stainless steel pot boil enough water to cook noodles.
- when the chorizo is browned, do not drain the fat but add to the chorizo and fat the tomatoes cut into large wedges and the pepper strips. cook over medium heat an additional 15 minutes.
- meanwhile cook the noodles as package directs.
- serve the chorizo mixture over cooked noodles.
