How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  • Gradually add the pumpkin pie spice, valilla and ginger, beat until smooth.
  • Serve with fruit, gingersnaps, or graham crackers.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
  • It will make about 3 1/2 cups.
