Harvest Pumpkin Dip

Great dip for get to gathers this Fall. Great for snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8oz) creamed cheese softened, shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar, shopping list
- 1 can (15oz) solid-pack pumpkin (I use Libbys), shopping list
- 3tsp of pumpkin pie spice, shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla extract, shopping list
- 1tsp ground ginger, shopping list
- apple and pear slices. shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Gradually add the pumpkin pie spice, valilla and ginger, beat until smooth.
- Serve with fruit, gingersnaps, or graham crackers.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
- It will make about 3 1/2 cups.
