If you don't like regular mincemeat,maybe you would like this,made from the end of the season green tomatoes.

Ingredients
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Green Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Chop appples,tomatoes,and raisins.
  • Mix with the other ingredients.
  • Boil for 5 minutes.
  • Bake between two crust,at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes.
