Beef Quiche

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stahl Estate in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1988. Notation on card indicates Uncle Charlie fixed family breakfasts for over 40 years. Read more This was one of his specialties. I made this for a brunch I hosted in 2001. It was a huge hit. See less
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef cooked and drained shopping list
- 2 lightly beaten eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon creole seasoning shopping list
- pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except pie crust in large bowl then stir well and set aside.
- Prick pie shell and bake 8 minutes at 450 then remove pie shell from oven.
- Pour quiche mix into shell and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
