Beef Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef cooked and drained

2 lightly beaten eggs

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons fresh chives

1 can cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

1/4 teaspoon Creole seasoning

Pie shell

Directions

Combine all ingredients except pie crust in large bowl then stir well and set aside.

Prick pie shell and bake 8 minutes at 450 then remove pie shell from oven.

Pour quiche mix into shell and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
