Baked Peach Pancakes with Honey Raisin Syrup

BAKED PEACH PANCAKES WITH HONEY RAISIN SYRUP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Willingham Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose baking mix shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 medium peaches peeled and thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- honey raisin Syrup: shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup raisins shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 then place 2 tablespoons butter in two pie pans and heat in oven until melted.
- Beat baking mix, milk and eggs then arrange sliced peaches in each pie pan.
- Divide batter evenly between pie pans then mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter.
- Bake uncovered 25 minutes then cut and serve with syrup.
- To make syrup heat all ingredients over medium heat.
