How to make it

  • In blender mix eggs and milk then stir in flour and while stirring add melted butter.
  • Add extract and zest then preheat oven to 425.
  • Peel and core pears then halve and slice.
  • Mix sugar and lemon juice in a bowl then toss slice pears and juice and mix well.
  • Layer 6 slices into each dish then pour 1/2 cup batter over pears then bake 20 minutes.
  • To serve sprinkle with powdered sugar then decorate with fresh berries.
