Love using fritos scoops for the nachos sometimes! (See Easy Frito Taco Nachos!).

Ingredients
  • Your Favorite Chili (Mo Meaty Chili, posted)
  • Fritos Scoops
  • 2 c Mexican Blend shredded cheese
  • Garnishes: sour cream, green onion, black olives, chopped tomatoes, jalepenos

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Place Fritos on oven safe pan
  3. cover with chili and cheese
  4. Bake about 4 minutes
  5. Serve with garnishes
