Pumpkin Bars

- 1 15oz can pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling -if you can't find a 15oz can of pumpkin, just use half of a 29 or 30 oz can) shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2cup oil shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 2 cups Bisquick shopping list
- 1 can cream cheese frosting shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dry ingredients
- Stir in wet ingredients
- pour into greased/cooking sprayed 9x13 cake pan (don't fill as full as you would fill for a normal cake -- these are bars).
- There will be too much mix for a 9x13 cake pan so I always pour the extra mix into a muffin tin and just bake along with the cake pan
- bake at 350F for 25mins or until a fork stuck in the center comes out clean and cake/mufifn tops are firm to the touch (muffins will only take about 15m)
- wait until the bars cool to ice, and then CHILL for a few hours in the fridge (I recommend overnight), before serving - they really are best this way!
