Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops Recipe
A delectable treat and tasty , baked to perfection with a spicy tang to add to a seafood taste.

Ingredients
  • 8 Jumbo sea sea scallops.
  • Kosher or sea salt.
  • olive oil.
  • 1/1/2 tbsps butter.
  • pepper.
  • 2 lemons.
  • Barbeque sauce (hot and spicy)
  • 8 strips hickory smoked and sugar cured bacon.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put olive oil and butter into baking dish and heat in oven until butter is melted.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper into oil lightly.
  4. Wrap scallops with bacon strips.
  5. Place into baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper .
  6. Spread barbeque sauce over top of bacon strips generously.
  7. Slice lemon wedges and place around and over scallops.
  8. Bake for about 25 to 35 minutes
  9. Enjoy!
