This is a no fail, delicious sauce. Don't worry about the amounts, PLAY.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 cans Italian tomatoes
  • 1-2 Tbsp. capers
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • parsley to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
  • spaghetti

Directions
  1. Saute garlic to golden.
  2. Add tomatoes.
  3. Add capers, olives and spices.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve over spaghetti and with cheese.
