Corn Bread-Topped Pot Pie

- 2 c chopped cooked beef shopping list
- 1 10 oz. can brown gravy shopping list
- 1 cup canned mixed vegetables or frozen mixed vegetables, thawed shopping list
- 1 cup self-rising cornmeal shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 (15.25 oz.) can Mexican-style corn, drained shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Grease a medium round baking dish
- add beef, gravy & vegetables, mix well
- Combine cornmeal, eggs, corn & cheddar in a medium bowl, mix well
- Spoon cornmeal mixture, spread evenly over top
- Bake until corn bread is golden (about 30 min)
- Serve with large serving spoon.
