- ABOUT 300 G. cod FILLLETS shopping list
- 2 O` WHOLEMEAL bread shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 2 TBSPN parsley shopping list
- 1 OZ. FLAKED almonds shopping list
- 1 TBSPN olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- PRE HEAT OVEN 200 DEGREES C
- REMOVE SKIN FROM COD FIISH
- DIVIDE INTO 4 EQUAL PIECES IF NECESSARY
- PLACE ON LIGHTLY GREASED BAKING SHEET
- CUBE BREAD, PLACE IN A FOOID PROCESSOR AND NMAKE INTO FINE BREADCRUMBS
- PLACE IN BOWL, ADD GRATED RIND OF HALF A LEMON, FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY, FLAKED ALMONDS, OLIVE OIL AND A GOOD SQUEEZE OF LEMON JUICE. MIX TOGETHER
- SPOON ON TOP OF FISH
- BAKE IN OVEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES UNTIL TOPPING IS GOLDEN AND FISH IS COOKED.
- SERVE WITH STEAMED VEGETABLES
- COOKS TIP, CUT WEDGES OF LEMON OF REMAINING HALF ANSD PLACE WITH FISH.
