Macadamian Encrusted Portabello

- 2 large portabello mushroom caps shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 c macadamian nuts-crushed or chopped coursely shopping list
- 1 c of your favorite marinara sauce shopping list
- 2 slices provalone cheese shopping list
- fresh basil shopping list
How to make it
- Drizzle mushroom caps with olive oil
- Spread nuts over mushrooms
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes (or until nuts start to turn brown)
- Top with fresh basil leaves then marinara sauce and cheese
- Bake another 5 minutes
- Add more fresh basil on top as garnish
- Delicious!
