Pork Chinese-Style Asadong Baboy

- 2 Pounds pork loin shopping list
- 1/3 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. Finely Minced garlic shopping list
- 1 Cup water shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. white wine / rice wine shopping list
- 1/3 Cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate the whole pork loin with all ingredients for 30 minutes or more in a large pot. Cover the pot and bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender (about 30-45 minutes). Serve hot with the marinade.
