Pumpkin Trifle

- 29 oz canned pumpkin shopping list
- 16 oz whipped topping shopping list
- 2 3 oz packages instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 2 8 oz boxes cream cheese shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 16 oz whipped topping shopping list
- 16 oz (approx) ginger snap cookies shopping list
- pecans (if desired) shopping list
How to make it
- In first bowl, mix canned pumpkin, whipped topping, instant pudding mix and cinnamon until well blended and set aside.
- In second bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sugar, then fold in the whipped topping.
- Layer the ginger snaps, cream cheese mixture and pumpkin mixture in a glass serving (trifle) bowl.
- Sprinkle top with pecans if desired.
