How to make it

  • Using a small saute pan, over medium heat, add the butter. Add shallots and cook for two minutes without browning
  • Add tomatoes, cover and cook over moderately high heat for several minutes to thicken the mixture.
  • When it has thickened, fold in the herbs and serve warm.
  • Serve with bread cubes and vegetables.
