Herbed Tomato Fondue

- 2 tbsp. minced shallots shopping list
- 2 tbsp. butter shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups Italian canned tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- sea salt and fresh pepper shopping list
- fresh herbs, such as thyme, basil, Italian parsley or tarragon shopping list
How to make it
- Using a small saute pan, over medium heat, add the butter. Add shallots and cook for two minutes without browning
- Add tomatoes, cover and cook over moderately high heat for several minutes to thicken the mixture.
- When it has thickened, fold in the herbs and serve warm.
- Serve with bread cubes and vegetables.
