Ingredients
  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 .b. cracker crumbs
  • 1 pt. cream
  • 1/4 lb. butter

Directions
  1. Scald cream and pour over crumbs, beating all the while, add eggs that have been ground.
  2. Season with salt and red pepper.
  3. Shape, chill and dip in crumbs and fry.
