How to make it

  • Beat egg yolks with sugar.
  • Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
  • Put gelatin in double boiler.
  • Add egg mixture,stirring constantly until mixture begins to gel.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Garnish with additional whipped cream,shaved chocolate,and slivered almonds,if you wish.
