How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together. Put into freezer for at least 15 minutes so that batter firms up. Then take out and using an ice cream scoop or a spoon, put spoon sized lumps onto a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them. You can also add chocolate or white chocolate chips for a yummy addition. The batter can be saved by rolling it up in wax paper into a cylinder and freezing. When it comes out to use then you can just slice off the cookies and place them onto the sheet.
