How to make it

  • In a skillet, brown chicken in the oil.
  • Add onion, green bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until tender.
  • Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
  • Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is tender.
  • Serves 2 to 3

    Sounds good and easy. I love chicken. If you'd like check out my chicken riggie recipe. It has chicken and pasta with a cream sauce that you might like.
