Eventhou in some regions watercress is regarded as a weed , it is one of the oldest known leaf vegetables consumed by human beings . It is high in fibre , folic acid and healthy too ......

Ingredients
  • 1 small bowl of ribs
  • Dry red dates pitted , few
  • 1 bunch if watercress , washed and chopped

Directions
  1. Boil and simmer the ribs along with the dates .
  2. Blanch and add the watercress .
  3. Once cooked , check the salt .
  4. Serve HOT .
