Ingredients
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 onion, chipped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 (10 OZ) jar sweet pickles
  • 1/2 cup juice from pickles
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions
  1. Chop lettuce intosmall pieces
  2. Add chopped peppers, onions, tomatoes, and pickles
  3. Combine pickle juice and sugar
  4. Mix well and pour over salad just before you are ready to serve it.
