Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 6 to 8 pieces white bread
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup bacon drippings
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 oz. canned cream
  • 3 cup water
  • 2 to 3 heaping Tbsp. cheez Whiz

Directions
  1. cook chicken breasts until well done. Allow to cool.
  2. Tear chicken into tiny pieces and place to the side in a bowl.
  3. Cut bacon strips in halves.
  4. Fry bacon pieces until crisp, set aside to cool
  5. Save the bacon drippings.
  6. Brown flour in the drippings.
  7. Add cream and water; stir until mixture begins to thicken.
  8. Add Cheez Whiz and stir until desiredthickness.
  9. Toast bread
  10. place layer of chicken breast, layer of bacon, and slice of tomato
  11. Smother with cheese sauce.
