Hot Browns

Some people are very fond of this dish.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 lb. bacon shopping list
- 6 to 8 pieces white bread shopping list
- 2 large tomatoes shopping list
- 2/3 cup bacon drippings shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. flour shopping list
- 6 oz. canned cream shopping list
- 3 cup water shopping list
- 2 to 3 heaping Tbsp. Cheez Whiz shopping list
How to make it
- cook chicken breasts until well done. Allow to cool.
- Tear chicken into tiny pieces and place to the side in a bowl.
- Cut bacon strips in halves.
- Fry bacon pieces until crisp, set aside to cool
- Save the bacon drippings.
- Brown flour in the drippings.
- Add cream and water; stir until mixture begins to thicken.
- Add Cheez Whiz and stir until desiredthickness.
- Toast bread
- place layer of chicken breast, layer of bacon, and slice of tomato
- Smother with cheese sauce.
