Pork Chops

Stuffing

Apples

Brown Sugar

Margarine

Garlic

Pepper

Salt

Directions

Use one box pork stuffing mix, mix for in the bird directions. Place on bottom of a large glass baking dish. Take four pork chops, bone in or out,

place on top of the stuffing. Season each side with garlic, pepper & a little salt. Cut up one sweet apple in slices & place over pork. Melt 1 stick of butter and add about 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar, mix well. Then pour over dish. Bake at 375 for about 40 to 50 minutes. Yummy I normally serve with Asparagus .
