Barcelona Hot Chocolate

- 2/3 Cup boiling water shopping list
- 2 oz. good-quality dark or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups 1% milk shopping list
- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 2-inch orange rind shopping list
- 1/4 cup whip cream shopping list
- cocoa powder for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Combine boiling water and chopped chocolate in medium saucepan, stirring until chocolate melts
- Add milk and next four ingredients
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring with a whisk
- Heat 5 minutes or until tiny bubbles form around edge of pan - do not boil!!
- Discard rind
- Pour into mugs, spoon whip cream on top and dash of cocoa powder
- Enjoy!
