Ingredients
  • 2/3 Cup boiling water
  • 2 oz. good-quality dark or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 1/3 cups 1% milk
  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 2-inch orange rind
  • 1/4 cup whip cream
  • cocoa powder for topping

Directions
  1. Combine boiling water and chopped chocolate in medium saucepan, stirring until chocolate melts
  2. Add milk and next four ingredients
  3. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring with a whisk
  4. Heat 5 minutes or until tiny bubbles form around edge of pan - do not boil!!
  5. Discard rind
  6. Pour into mugs, spoon whip cream on top and dash of cocoa powder
  7. Enjoy!
