This broccoli casserole has different ingredients than the first.

Ingredients
  • Boil 2 pkgs. frozen (chopped) broccoli 8 minutes.
  • Drain.
  • Add:
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsps. minced onion
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Pour into buttered casserole cover with buttered party snack cracker crumbs.
  2. Bake about 35 minutes in 350 oven.
  3. Serves 8.
