How to make it

  • Put the lard or butter in a cats iron frying pan ( you can use light one, too of course).
  • Add the finely chopped or grated onion
  • Fry it as long as it light yellowish in color
  • Add the finely sliced potato and fry it as long as it start to cook, do not worry if the potato break
  • Add the bacon strips
  • Fry it together
  • Add the capsicum and the mushroom
  • Slowly mix it together and add the crushed garlic to the mix.
  • Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper
  • When you start to smell a beautiful fried smell of the garlic pour the beaten eggs over it.
  • Mix like a scrambled egg.
  • Just before you take it off the heat put the cheese all over it to melt.
  • Enjoy
