Ingredients
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lard (or a same amount of butter)
  • 1 onion nearly grated size
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 banana capsicum, sliced
  • 2 button mushroom,sliced
  • 4 slices of smoked bacon, cut for stripes
  • 1 medium size potato, sliced thinly
  • 250 grams of grated cheese
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper

Directions
  1. Put the lard or butter in a cats iron frying pan ( you can use light one, too of course).
  2. Add the finely chopped or grated onion
  3. Fry it as long as it light yellowish in color
  4. Add the finely sliced potato and fry it as long as it start to cook, do not worry if the potato break
  5. Add the bacon strips
  6. Fry it together
  7. Add the capsicum and the mushroom
  8. Slowly mix it together and add the crushed garlic to the mix.
  9. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper
  10. When you start to smell a beautiful fried smell of the garlic pour the beaten eggs over it.
  11. Mix like a scrambled egg.
  12. Just before you take it off the heat put the cheese all over it to melt.
  13. Enjoy
