How to make it

  • Press raw sausage into muffin tins, bottom and sides making a cup
  • Bake at 300 degrees until done. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
  • Drain any grease that has accumulated in the cups
  • break 1 egg into each cup and return to oven
  • Bake until eggs are done to your liking
