Sausage Cups

- 1 lb. bulk sausage; spicy or mild shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Press raw sausage into muffin tins, bottom and sides making a cup
- Bake at 300 degrees until done. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
- Drain any grease that has accumulated in the cups
- break 1 egg into each cup and return to oven
- Bake until eggs are done to your liking
