Biscuit Beef And Bean Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

1 large can pork and beans or baked beans (I use the cheapy generic of either) or 2 of the smaller cans

1 bottle bbq sauce (my favorite is Kraft honey - cheap lol)

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 med onion

Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

2 cans refrigerated biscuits (i use the cheapy 4-cans-for-$1.74 at Walmart)

1 8-oz bag shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, onion, seasonings and half of cheese. Stir well and heat through. Pour mixture in 9 x 13" baking pan (if making half-recipe, use 8 x 8" dish). Place biscuits over top of mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes. ENJOY!
