  • 2 bags of your favorite plain potato chips
  • roasted garlic spice (recipe follows)
  • ...............................................................................
  • Roasted Garlic Spice
  • 8 cloves garlic, very thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp. Gray salt
  • 4 black peppercorns
  • 1/3-tsp. mustard powder
  • pinch chili powder

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Place the thinly-sliced garlic between some parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake until the garlic is dry (about 15 minutes). Remove from the oven and cool.
  4. In a grinder or blender add the dried garlic, salt, black peppercorns, mustard powder and chili powder. Pulse untill a powder.
  5. ...........................................................................................................................Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Spill 2 bags of chips onto a cookie sheet and put in warm oven to heat them up.
  7. When oil is visible on the chips, take them out of the oven and sprinkle with roasted garlic spice
