How to make it

  • Wash and soak gram dal for 2 hours.
  • put gram dal, mince beef and all the spices and onion, garlic, ginger in a large pot. add water to cover about 1 inch above the ingredients and put on medium heat for 45 minutes or until water evaporates.
  • finely chop the cooked mixture in an electric chopper. add eggs, finely chopped onion and coriander. mix well.
  • make into 2-inch round flat kebabs. at this point you can freeze the kebabs too.
  • shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • enjoy!
