- Mince beef 1kg shopping list
- gram dal 3 quarters of a kg shopping list
- salt 1tbsp shopping list
- whole dried chillies 10 shopping list
- black cardamom 3-4 shopping list
- cinnamon stick 1-2 shopping list
- cumin seeds 1 tbsp shopping list
- black pepper whole 20 seeds shopping list
- cloves 6 shopping list
- onion 1 large (roughly chopped) shopping list
- garlic 8 cloves peeled shopping list
- ginger 2inch piece shopping list
- oil for shallow fry shopping list
- onion 1 medium finely chopped shopping list
- fresh coriander 1/2 cup finely chopped shopping list
- eggs 2 shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and soak gram dal for 2 hours.
- put gram dal, mince beef and all the spices and onion, garlic, ginger in a large pot. add water to cover about 1 inch above the ingredients and put on medium heat for 45 minutes or until water evaporates.
- finely chop the cooked mixture in an electric chopper. add eggs, finely chopped onion and coriander. mix well.
- make into 2-inch round flat kebabs. at this point you can freeze the kebabs too.
- shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
- enjoy!
