Directions
  1. PLUG IT

  4. Serve it up while still warm, the colder it gets the harder it is to swaller!
  5. Note:Always try to be a bit nicer than what is called for,but don't take to much guff,I have my good points, but then so do barbwire fences which I keep pretty much around me.If I have offended anyone, apologies extended.

Come and get 'em. We have had a lot of crows this year that raided so many nests of songbirds. I will gladly send you a bunch! LOL

I've eaten crow a few times in my life, never had a hankerin' for it though... a good wine seems to help!

Nothin better than a good crow recipe in your recipe box...ya just never know with the economy what it is, how much of this stuff we'll be eatin' soon...I like to marinate mine in a little jack daniels and lemon juice first...takes out the gaminess and adds a slight sweet flavor...I grill mine, over charcoal...and baste it with the J.D. and lemon while grilling. Thanks for the recipe...Also liked your possum recipe...I had no possum, so I substituted a stray cat in the neighborhood...was very good..

Hmmmmmm LOL Unfortunately, I have had to dine on this particular species as have most people at one time or another...;-)~

Yep, I agree that with the economy like it is, we'll all be eating crow. Just wish the politicians here in Canada would.

Yep ate a plate full last night

If you can eat crow gracefully and with lots of wine; then I guess that's the trick.Have had it but not recently.

Your sense of humor is refreshing and so welcome.
