How to make it

  • whip up cream with sugar and vanilla place in fridge to chill
  • make a double boiler with a small sauce pan and a inch or water
  • place a heat proof bowl on top
  • place choclate chips in here with butter and stir until chips melt
  • in a small sauce pan add your milk vanilla egg yolk and cornstarch
  • when chocolate is done pour into milk mix and turn burner on low heat
  • stir for 7-10 min, do not walk away
  • get some help with your decoration while you stir
  • have your bowls ready
  • pour hot soup in a bowl with a huge dolip or fresh cream and decorate to make everyone ohh and ahh over your chocolate soup!!
  • *grown ups, you can add a little alcohol once its in your bowl for a good time too!!
  • enjoy!
