Beef With Tomatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl then add beef and stir to coat.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place a wok over high heat until hot then add 1-1/2 tablespoons oil swirling to coat sides.
  • Add beef and stir fry 2 minutes then remove meat from pan.
  • Add remaining oil to wok swirling to coat sides.
  • Add garlic, onion and green onions then stir fry 1 minute.
  • Add tomatoes and sauce then bring to a boil and return meat to wok.
  • Add cornstarch solution and cook stirring until sauce boils and thickens.
