Chilean Salsa

- 1 large tomato peeled and chopped shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped shopping list
- 1 small fresh jalapeno seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 small lemon juiced shopping list
How to make it
- Chop tomato into squares.
- Chop garlic, cilantro and jalapeno in a food processor.
- Season with olive oil, black pepper, salt and lemon juice.
- Serve at room temperature.
