How to make it
- i will be smoking a 15 pounder this year..
- i wish all ya'll smoking this year good luck and be safe
- a couple of tips, if you want a little extra flavor
- put some oranges in your water pan,or apples or grapefruit
- your water pan has grease in it that can be used to make a fantastic
- gravy,,,,ask me if interested i will share

Dug my smoker out last week. I haven't used it for a long time & I need to get supplies. I'd like to try a few things again. Can you do a ham sausage in the smoker & if so ,do you have a recipe?
