Asparagus and Ham Quiche

I buy frozen pastry sheets for my pies and quiches and concentrate on the fillings " be adventurous" serve with a salad
Ingredients
- 1 sheets puff pastry \ shopping list
- 2 tins asparagus spears/ or a bunch cooked fresh asparagus shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup of milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream shopping list
- 3 ham slices chopped shopping list
- 1 spring onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 Cup tasty cheese, grated shopping list
- 1tsp chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Grease a quiche dish line with pastry . add asparagus in layers with hamand cheese
- Beat together gently the eggs, milk, cream 2/3 of the cheese, Parsley , s/p spring onion
- Pour into the prepared pastry case.top with cheese and bake
- 30-40mins
