Pre/post consumer, recycled poly woven bags are utilized in consumer products such as pails, agricultural film, and drain tile. these bags can be used for storing other seed and stand upright for purposes of gathering elderberry or free mulch,etc.

Ingredients
  • Poly woven tube bags, polyethylene bag from 30 to 50 pound dog or bird feed, woven 8mil type.
  • black marker
  • ropel or other rodent repellant spray
  • twist ties or cable ties as closures

Directions
  1. After the polyethylene woven bag has been emptied turn it inside out so the printed side is in. shake out the remaining contents.
  2. place the bag into the washing machine with the next load of bath towels. or wash with soap and a brush, rinse. shake water out and allow to air dry.
  3. fill and reuse bags as needed. if used for gathering berries fold down the top edge and stand upright in the weeds. however, be aware that the bags do permit some seepage.
  4. mark bags with contents for storage using black marker and spray with ropel repellant as appropriate.
  5. use closure as desired.
