Circle Up Pancakes N Eggs Recipe

	Blondeberry / All my dishes 1 year ago Everyone knows an egg-in-a-frame, toad in a hole, etc. One of my foods students last year kept telling me about this egg and pancake, all in one. Yesterday, I finally tried this combo and it is delish. Try it! I'm having this combo again this am. Can't wait.... More Prep:5m Cook:5m Servings:1	Blondeberry

Ingredients

Hungry Jack Pancake Mix or homemade

large eggs

pepper

syrup if you want, but totally NOT necessary

Directions

On a hot buttered griddle...pour pancake mix in a circular formation, leaving a hole in the center.

When this pancake just starts to set, break egg into the center.

Season egg with pepper.

When egg is partially cooked, flip the entire pancake/egg and cook the other side.

The pancake is delish and really didn't need any syrup. Delish.
