How to make it

  • On a hot buttered griddle...pour pancake mix in a circular formation, leaving a hole in the center.
  • When this pancake just starts to set, break egg into the center.
  • Season egg with pepper.
  • When egg is partially cooked, flip the entire pancake/egg and cook the other side.
  • The pancake is delish and really didn't need any syrup. Delish.

    Another good idea is add little spots of syrup on top of the pancake before you flip it so you have syrup filled pancake filled egg :-)
