Ingredients
- 2 raw green bananas
- 1 tea black pepper
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
Directions
- remove skins and cut inti 1/4 inch slicesin a crosswise manner
- heat oil and fry till crisp
- remove and place on paper towel to dry
- sprinkle with salt an pepper eat with k-chup while hot
