Asparagus Egg Casserole

- 2 lbs fresh asparagus shopping list
- 4 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- Cream suace shopping list
- 1 tbsp c rice flour shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- grated cheese (try muebster and cheddar) shopping list
How to make it
- cut asparagus in 2 inch pieces.
- Cook in stemer until tender
- put in 7 x 11 inch dish
- cover with sliced eggs
- make cream sauce
- melt butter in pan
- add rice flour stir constantly for 2 minutes over med heat
- add milk stir constantly until thickens
- pour over asparagus and eggs
- top with grated cheese
- bake uncovered 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
