How to make it

  • cut asparagus in 2 inch pieces.
  • Cook in stemer until tender
  • put in 7 x 11 inch dish
  • cover with sliced eggs
  • make cream sauce
  • melt butter in pan
  • add rice flour stir constantly for 2 minutes over med heat
  • add milk stir constantly until thickens
  • pour over asparagus and eggs
  • top with grated cheese
  • bake uncovered 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
