This dish is a flavorful spin on PLAIN "OL " Pork Chops/Chicken.This dish goes Great with rice,noodles,or potatoes

Ingredients
  • Pork Chops or Chicken
  • Creole or Spicy Mustard
  • Honey
  • Cajun Spice
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil/butter

Directions
  1. Heat frying pan with the oil/butter
  2. Season meat
  3. In small bowl combine mustard and honey(mix well)
  4. Brown pork/chicken on both sides
  5. Pour the honey/mustard mix over the meat
  6. You can cook this either in the frying pan or bake in the oven,either way keep it covered on low heat (fry pan) or bake at 350 in oven.
  7. When done you may use the honey/mustard sauce to put on your
  8. potatoes,rice,or noodles.
