How to make it

  • Over low to medium heat, heat olive and sesame oil. Add ginger, and stir-fry until it browns slightly.
  • Stir in the asparagus, stir-fry for a few minutes prior to adding the soy sauce and cashews.
  • Cook until the asparagus is tender, but still has a crisp and its bright green color, stirring frequently.
